Technology has created so many opportunities for our faculty and our students.  In many ways, it has helped us to communicate, collaborate and innovate in inspiring ways.

It has also, however, brought with it some unique challenges.

How do we create quiet spaces for ourselves and our students amidst the barrage of information and communication?

How do we build our ability to be empathetic, kind, and compassionate when we can so easily avoid looking each other in the eyes?

As we work to integrate technology into our curriculum, perhaps it make sense to pair it with mindfulness.

Interested in helping your students confront stress and build resiliency?

Concerned about the rise in anxiety and depression you've witnessed in your students?

Curious about trying out meditation or relaxation breathing or yoga in your classroom?

Already doing this as part of your curriculum or think it's all a waste of time?

Come share your experience and your questions!!

Here is the presentation I'll use: my presentation
